在 Esther Postpartum Care – Confinement Center 伊詩特產後護理之家坐月子。每天准时收到由 Quisine女性营养调理餐食 为我准备的5餐！孕妇刚生产完，要注重养身保健，每天都有不一样的菜单， 也会根据你身体需求来补～ 精华都在汤水里！每天也会有不一样的茶水，free flow 供我们享用。妈咪们最怕月子餐太丰富瘦不下来因为坐月子最重要就是补身子！ 可是我快满28天， 已经瘦了8kg～ 在努力瘦6kg 我就恢复原来的身材了！所以继续吃！ 继续补身子！ 继续挤奶！ 继续瘦！

The 28 days stay in Esther Hartamas is great. The room is spacious and clean. I would give a thumbs up the nursing team and customer service. Their nurses are very patience to all the babies, professional, and helpful. They can take care of your baby very well, so I can rest very well without worrying my baby. Food served in variety and big portion too,especially soups are delicious. Customer service is friendly❤️
The environment in Esther is very nice and comfortable and there are a series of interesting activities for us so that we will not feel bored . Would definitely recommend it to mothers.
I love love staying in this place!! The room is extremely cosy and clean. This is the ideal confinement place where my baby is well taken care of. The customer service, the kakaks that clean my room, the physiotherapist and the awesome caring nurses are so helpful and accommodating. Felt so attached until i decided to extend my stay here. My mental health has improved! i feel happy and reassured when i stay here. Everyone here addressed and supported every problems i had ranging from blocked ducts to broken stitches and even to my baby’s high jaundice levels. Totally recommend new mummies to stay here. Going to miss this place when i leave :)
Simply follow these steps!
Gently pat the back
Gently pat your baby's back to help release trapped air. Even if the hiccups continue, this will help your baby feel more comfortable.
Adjust posture
Place your baby on their back with a small pillow under their head and hands behind their head. This helps stop hiccups quickly.
Give a pacifier
Give your baby a pacifier to suck on, which can help relax the diaphragm and ease the hiccups.
